Swimming Starting Block (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

A swimming starting block 680 mm tall on a cast socket plate: a white pedestal, a blue non slip top tilted toward the water with a yellow lane patch, an adjustable rear wedge foot plate and a chrome grab bar at the front edge. Nothing on it moves.
